A: We have climate control; 50% humidity and 80 degrees Fahrenheit.

A: Business hours are Monday through Friday 9:30am to 6:00pm, Saturday 9:30am to 5:00pm, and Sundays are closed. Self Storage hours are Monday through Sunday 6:00am to 9:00pm.

Q: What is security like at Addison?
A: We have multiple access points where customers are required to input personal codes into keypads. Each unit has its own motion detector that protects all goods when the customer is off site. There are multiple recorded cameras that are viewed online. All perimeter doors are monitored and alarmed.

A: "Concessions": 13th month free with one year prepay

Q: Do you allow business type of activity (examples: mail order operations, bands, automotive repair, etc.)?
A: No. There is no electrical access is storage units.

A: The perimeter of the building and each unit is treated with a non-toxic, all natural ingredient.

Q: Is the building storm resistant?
A: The structure of the facility is concrete, block and steel with minimal windows. Windows are impact resistant.
